An exhibit produced by the Down Jersey Folklife Center at Wheaton Village in Millville, Fibre Riche explores textile traditions of many cultures in southern New Jersey.
The exhibit will be open between November and March of 2004 and will include workshops and other presentations.

The Cultural Thread: 130 Years of Embroidery and Lace in New Jersey
An
exhibit produced by the Northeast Jersey Folklife Program at Park Performing
Arts Center in Union City, The Cultural Thread traces the history
and the cultural and economic context for the important textile industries
of the area around Union City. Open until May of 2004.
